The mourners who gathered on the streets at Tottenham in London were clad
in red and black outfits with most of the women wearing traditional ‘kaba’ and slit.
A group of drummers are seen dishing out tunes of kete and adowa from their
fontomfrom and atumpan drums just like it is done in the Ashanti region.
For the most part of the funeral, messages were delivered in Twi
and translated into English for the non-speakers.
